Bullying comes in many different forms, from name-calling, insults and threats to cyberbullying by mobile phone or online via social networks. If you feel unhappy or alone, and someone is doing something to hurt you physically or verbally, it’s time to do something about it. Even if you yourself are not being bullied, we all need to know how to make a stand and say no to bullying.
